Installation: 


You will be prompted to install an Active X plugin in order to view the maps.
If your computer has a popup blocker activated, you may need to allow it to make an exception for this plugin.
You may also be prompted to install a file called “proprnt.cab”. It is not a requirement to install this second plugin. (Top...)


Using the Map:

You can add or remove the information that is displayed by ticking on the check boxes which are on the left hand side in the map legend.

The Toolbar is located on the left above the map legend. Hover your mouse cursor over the toolbar to see a descriptive label.

Pointer  Select Tool:  Hover the mouse over a feature of interest on the map to see a descriptive label.

ZoomIn  Zoom In: Click once on the Zoom In button and then click once on the map to zoom in. It may take a couple of seconds for the map to zoom in. You can keep using the zoom in tool until the map is zoomed into the area that you are interested in.

ZoomOut  Zoom Out: Click once on the Zoom Out button and then click once on the map to zoom in. It may take a couple of seconds for the map to zoom out.
You can also use the Zoom All button to zoom the map to its full extents in one go.

Pan  Pan: The Pan tool allows you to grab and move the map left, right, up or down. Select the Pan tool and the holding the left mouse button down, click on the map and move it in the desired direction, (the hand symbol will look like it’ s grabbing the map)

ZoomAll  Zoom All: Click this button to reset the map at the City extents

ZoomPrev  Zoom Previous: Click this button to go back to your previous view.

Step by Step:

  1. Enter the name of the Street in the box and then click 'Find'
    Tip: If you are not sure of the spelling you can enter the first few letters of the street.
  2. After you click 'Find' you should be presented with a list of street names that match your search.
    You should click on the street that you want to locate.
    Another Box should be displayed with the Place Name equal to the street that you have selected.
  3. To get the Map Viewer to zoom to the location you should click on the image ZoomSpot
    If you then click on the Map Viewer window the street should be visible.
    You can then use the toolbar to select the zoom in and out tools
